Ella Gee – I’m a Mouse, DUH!

When Ella Gee came out with a Mean Girls collection, I knew it was time for an order. Like pretty much every female my age, I can quote a lot more of Mean Girls than I probably should be able to. The film is pretty brilliant, even if it only has a 7 on IMDB. I picked up a review pack of polishes, with two from the I Have ESPN collection (Mean Girls) and one from the Villainous Holo-Ween collection. First up,

The official description of this polish is a sparkling grayed lavender pink with strong scattered and subtle linear holographic shimmer.

If you remember Shiro’s Chinchillin, this is the holographic polish version of it, and it’s pretty awesome.

The swatch below is two coats of I’m a Mouse, DUH! with Ella Gee Glass Top Coat under a daylight bulb.

The following swatches are two coats of I’m a Mouse, DUH! with Ella Gee Glass Top Coat in direct sunlight.

IMG_2328EThe holo really shows in direct sunlight, and it’s really distracting if you haven’t experienced a glitter like this before. It’s definitely not a stereotypical fall shade, but if you’re a sucker for lavender or gray polishes, then this is a must have.

Removal was really easy, not quite as smooth as cream shades, but definitely nowhere near the issues you face during glitter polish removal.

Price: $10.75 for 0.5 fluid ounces
